Petrotec Group acquires Wayne Fueling Systems UK Ltd.
Petrotec Group, one of the major international players in technology and services for the downstream oil industry, has acquired Wayne Fueling Systems UK Ltd. (“Wayne UK”), a UK sales and service company, from Dover Corporation.
The Wayne UK acquisition will enlarge Petrotec’s presence in the UK by combining its activities with those already carried out directly by Petrotec, which was established in the UK in 2013, thus reinforcing Petrotec Group’s continuous commitment to the UK market and its customers.

Based in Loanhead, Edinburgh, with 75 employees, Wayne UK is widely recognized for its 90 year history of providing great support to a variety of fueling stations in the UK and Ireland. Wayne UK provides services to many different products and technologies and is considered a mainstay in the UK downstream market.
With over 900 employees, Petrotec Group (www.petrotec.eu) has a direct presence in seven markets through its affiliates, including in Portugal, Spain, Angola, Mozambique, South Africa and India, with sales in more than 80 countries.
